The online application is not available in my municipality, what can I do?
Currently, you can only apply for a Residence Permit here in the service portal if you live in one of the municipalities mentioned above. Many more municipalities are to be connected to the service portal in the future.
Please apply for the Residence Permit at your local foreigners authority. The online authority search can help you figure out which foreigners authority in Germany is responsible for you. To use it, you just need to know the postal code of your residence.
